Booking Procedure
1. CHOOSE AN APARTMENT/ACCOMMODATION
Please browse the available properties and when you have find one that you would like to book click on the ‘Send Inquiry’ button. Alternatively you may add properties to the Wish List while browsing and then click ‘Send Inquiry’ from within the Wish List.
Please fill in the ‘Send Inquiry’ form with your details ensuring that you have entered all requested details. Please double check the email address and telephone numbers that you have entered as if these are incorrect we will not be able to contact you.
Alternatively you may email inquiries to us directly at bookings@croatiachoice.com or fax them to 0207 100 4734. In this case please be sure to include your email address, telephone contact details, the property code and name of the accommodation that you wish to book along with your requested departure and arrival dates and the number and ages of all persons for which you require accommodation.
Inquiries may also be made by telephoning us direct on 023 80 254287. If you have any special requirements please include them in your enquiry. Please do NOT include credit/debit card or any other banking details.
2. CONFIRM AVAILABILITY
Croatia Choice will then confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation by sending a ‘Confirmation of Availability’ email (usually within 24 hours) which will include confirmation of accommodation details, dates, total cost and deposit required.
Your chosen accommodation will be provisionally reserved for you for a period of 48 hours to give you the opportunity to confirm any travel/flight arrangements you may wish to make. If for some reason you need to hold a provisional booking for more than 48 hours then this can be arranged by phoning us.
For enquiries made less than 8 weeks ( 56 days ) prior to planned arrival date it may not be possible for us to hold provisional bookings for 48 hours. In this case our 'Confirmation of Availability' email will clearly state until when the provisional reservation will be held. For last minute bookings we recommend that enquiries are made by telephone.
3. CONFIRM BOOKING
Once you have a provisional reservation with us we ask you to confirm your booking by return of our e-mail or by fax and to pay the required deposit within the 48 hour period. Provisional bookings which are not confirmed by payment of deposit / in full (as applicable) within 48 hours will automatically lapse.
Payment must be made by Maestro/Switch/Delta/Electron or Solo for which there is no charge or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for which a 2% surcharge will be imposed on the total amount. We do not accept payment by cheque.
In order to make payment please fax through your card details to: 0207 100 4734. Please ensure you quote your booking reference number when faxing through the details. Alternatively you can call us with your card details on 023 80 254287. When we have received your payment you will be sent a ‘Booking Confirmation’ email confirming all booking details and when the balance (if any) needs to be paid.
The party leader must be at least 18 years of age and must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of our Booking Terms and Conditions by all persons named on the booking. By confirming the booking with Croatia Choice the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised and that all party members agree to be bound by our Booking Terms and Conditions.
The balance of your booking must be received not less than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date at the accommodation, a reminder invoice will not be sent.
